What is Personal Training?
 
Personal Training is a relationship between two people who together strive for a balanced state of overall health and wellness. When your hire a personal trainer you are hiring a professional fitness coach who assesses and designs a fitness program that fits your unique lifestyle.
 
At T2F your personal trainer will always take into consideration any pre-existing injuries or limitations you have before designing your program.   You can be assurred that any program designed by a T2F trainer will be specific to your needs and goals, time effective, and above all safe!!
 
We take our job seriously. This is why we don't offer single training sessions. To acheive your goals and to learn proper training habits, a minium of 6 sessions is required. The first session of any training program will be a complete fitness assessment testing your strength, cardiovascular health, and flexibility.
 
A postural assessment will also be completed. During the postural assessment you will be asked to stand in front of a grid and behind a plumb line . Photographs will be take of your posture from the front, back and sides. The information we gather from these photographs are invaluable. In reviewing these pictures we will be able to determine faulty postural
