
Karen Belair - Hatha Yoga Instructor
Karen has been studying and practicing yoga for more than 17 years. For the past 7 years she has been a YAA certif ied hatha yoga teacher and continues to study with many wonderful local and international teachers. Over the years Karen has come to realize that her students are also her teachers and that we are all beginners on an amazing and often difficult journey of self discovery. Competitive sports and athletics have always played a large part in Karen's life and she is very grateful for the gift of balance that yoga gives to her, something we all struggle with in our fast paced world. Karen strives to provide her students with the opportunity to spend some quality "me" time and to inspire them to connect with their breath while stretching, balancing, and opening their bodies through traditional yoga postures, gentle flow series and calming relaxation........her mantra......just BREATHE!
