We provide direct billing as a courtesy to our clients, that being said, all clients are ultimately responsible for payment of the services we provide at time of treatment.
Please be prepared to pay for your appointment with an alternate form of payment should your insurance company not accept our direct billing request. In these cases, we can submit a request on your behalf to your insurance company to reimburse you directly.
These are some of the insurance companies that allow direct billing. Please call your insurance company ahead of time to see if you can direct bill at our clinic. Unfortunately, we cannot check on our system prior to your arrival at our clinic as we do not have this predetermination option available.
